Intermittant burner operation on a '83 Bryant

So, I have troubleshot this furnace every way I know how to and I cannot find a reason for this problem.

The furnace operates normally and will go through the entire sequence just fine. However, occasionally the burners will suddenly extinguish before the thermostat is satisfied, and the gas valve will continue to release gas into the combustion chamber for a good 7-10 seconds. Then the valve will close and about 20 seconds later the furnace will re light the pilot and seem to operate normally. Sometimes this reignition of the pilot will cause a significant rollout. Any ideas why this might be happening?

I did a full clean and check on this thing. I did not visually see a hole in the heat exchanger, and when the blower comes on there is no flame waver, and i can fire the main burners with the blower running without a rollout. I cleaned out all the burners and spuds. I ran through practically the entire wiring diagram with a meter, checking continuity and voltages and making sure they were good. No loose connections, nothing. Its not going out on high limit because I checked the limit switch just after the flames extinguish and it wasnt open. Anyone have any ideas or things I might check? I've been meaning to check the outlet pressure of the valve but I havent had a chance to get to it yet.

Yep.
Dirt, birds, squirrels, rodents, etc.

They like to warm up sometimes. But they fall asleep and die from the fumes.
