Insulation on tube ducts in attic splitting

I have a question, should I attempt a repair for this problem, or is this system so outdated that I should replace all of the ducting in the attic?

Thanks!!

If it's all the same age duct, you need to replace it all...not a hard job, just long and dirty. Be sure to air seal all duct connections.
