Installing new R410a system. 14 or 13 seer? Does my plan of attack look legit?

It's the right color code for Class III co2.

1000 microns is ASHREA standard for a good vacuum ..so even though you didn't hit 500 mics I think you will be fine.

How big a filter drier did U use (they are sized in cubic inches).

Good job.

Thanks!

To be honest, I don't know the rating of the CO2... it is actually a CO2/Argon welding mix, and I would think it'd be pretty dry to produce better welds.

I didn't install a filter/dryer because the goodman heat pump has one included in the unit already.

Something hasn't been sitting right with me... I have a trapped main condensate drain, but the secondary drain is just a downpipe with no trap. Doesn't that mean that the handler is sucking air in from my unconditioned and dirty crawlspace?

I'm thinking of sticking a waterless trap on it like this one: http://www.comfortgurus.com/product_...oducts_id/9311 , anyone have experience with those? I'm thinking that even if I do have a trap, since that secondary shouldn't ever get water it would do me little to no good to have it trapped anyway.
