Installing Hunter Programmable Thermo...Need help!

I have an old Trane thermostat and I'm looking to replace it with a Hunter programmable thermostat but I'm stuck at the wiring process. Below are some pictures of my old thermo still connected and the new thermo not connected. Can someone tell me which wires connect where? Thanks in advance.

Installing Hunter Programmable Thermo...Need help!

You need to return the Hunter POS, and get a Honeywell that is for Heat pumps, or even contact your HVAC contractor in your area, and get a White Rogers. What is wrong with the Trane Thermo, that you decided to replace it?

You have a heat pump.

But that hunter(not worth its money stat) is not made for heat pumps.

Get a good Honeywell heat pump thermostat.

There is nothing wrong with the Trane. Just wanted to try to save some money by installing a programmable thermo. Thanks for the advise. Guess I will return this one and get the correct one.
