Installing heating accessory element
The unit has power. I installed the heating element and connected the 6 pin connector to the control board 031-01264-002. Thermostat wires is connected to red and white. This unit is not connected to a heat pump, will be used for electric heat only. Unit is not operating any suggestions?

Have you jumper R-W at control board?
