Installing Duct Insulation

Anyone know if metal duct can be sprayed with those wall/attic spray foam kits?

I have 14" round pipe that needs to be insulated. The staight runs are easy to wrap. It's the 90's and Wyes that are giving me grief.

How do you wrap 90's and Wyes with R8 duct wrap? Or would it be easier to spray the ducts with spray foam once assembled?

Thanks!
