HVAC Unit Leaking Water

My central air unit has been leaking water for a few weeks. The tech. came and vacuumed out water and added some tablets to clear the algae. It seemed to help for a few hours. Now, there's water leaking again from the main unit. I just checked the pipe by dumping water & bleach from the unit to the drain in my 2nd floor and that seems like a good flow. However, I'm still getting an overflow drip into from the unit into my yard.
Does anyone know what could be causing the unit to leak? I don't think there's a clogged pipe since the water flowed well from the unit to the 2nd floor. Thanks!
