Hi - thanks for all the help!

It's not a ductless system. It's the city multi. I did call mitsubishi but they would not help me as I'm not an hvac contractor. I will try removing one stat and see if that changes anything.

The 2 city multi's I've seen, none of the indoor units have duct work.

I've seen those systems. Mine has ducts. The indoor unit is a PEFY.
