HVAC question

I know how to solder and that would work if it was not summer in Fla. LOL 109 from cozy parts [thanks] and I should be set. The problem with the board is that it works for days then goes out when I think all is fine. Then its a week end and I have to wait to even call for parts. So I think this will work to just replace it.

Thanks for the suggestion to fix it, I usualy like to try to repair things instead of throwing them out.

HVAC question

I would solder it as a temp fix then replace the board as well, you'll still go a few days without the a/c!!

I agree in replacing the board, who knows what other joints are slightly cracked etc. I'm a big fan of repairing but when it comes to HVAC I want 100% uptime .

HVAC question

How big is your home?

Sounds like it is the size of a studio.

One Ton Lennox?

Or is doing a couple of rooms?
