HVAC humming noise

I have a heil condenser unit
it started a weird hum noise this afternoon...and the air stopped blowing through the vents...thinking we are either blocked or the blower has crapped out...
took the front panel off by the electronics..I could see the blower was free spinning and was working..I did find a small bee nest though...
the noise goes away with a slight push on the duct work directly above the furnace...but the air flow still is an issue.. I am not sure what is in the duct work right above the furnace..but it sure seems like there is a blockage somewhere

DID I mention it is supposed to be 90 plus the next two days...hurry I need to get that working again..and fast

The AC evaporator is over the furnace. With the front open and the fan running air flow is still low then I would start digging my way to the AC coil. That is if the fan is running at full speed and isn't filthy.

I would suggest that you check the return air grille(s) to see that something is not blocking off the return flow to the air handler. I have been on calls with symptoms such as yours where a child placed a blanket over the grille and blocked the return flow or one time a lady decided to re-arrange her furniture and put the couch or a chair right in front of the grille completely blocking return air flow. Hopefully it is something as simple as that. Other possibilities are a dirty air filter and a frozen coil.

I would hurry and change the filter.

I would first define the motor you are talking about, the inside blower or the outdoor condenser fan.

Air flow problem to me would focus me on the air handler.
