HVAC blower motor too slow on heat

I installed a new 4 speed blower motor. It blows ok for the AC but too slow on heat. Anybody have experience rewiring for faster speed?

HVAC blower motor too slow on heat

There should be a wiring diagram on the connection cover (pecker head) of the motor. If not there on the motor name plate.

It would be helpful if you post the motor model number, so the forum can better serve you.
