Pneumatic thermostat is reversed controlled. Turn it to 85 degrees and you get 56 degrees on the coil of wall unit, set it to 55 and you get 117 degrees. This is a refrigerant designed system that was converted to a three pipe chill water/steam system.....if I swap air lines of the hot/cold valves will the thermostat work properly? Assuming the valves are still working properly.

Should. I usually check weather I need a direct acting, or reverse acting one before I order a new one in.

Omg you are good, the vavles were reversed when installed. Yay 122 degrees into the water chiller and vise versa
