My heater will run through a full cycle and shut down. When it shuts off the pilot light will go out. I can relight it and it will stay burning until it runs through a cycle and the pilot will go out. Any ideas?

Could also be a cracked heat exchanger. Seen many pilots blow out after the heat cycle for that very reason.
