Humming noise when air handler turns on

Hi,

I have an annoying low pitch humming noise whenever the air handler turns on. The noise is coming from the unit in the attic but can be heard throughout the house. The A/C technician has already come out and replace the motor but the noise is still there. It only comes on right when the air handler starts blowing. Any suggestions?

Is the unit suspended from the rafters or is it sitting on the ceiling joists?

Some times the vibration can be transmitted through the building structure if the unit isn't properly isolated.

Otherwise it may be an air leakage problem causing a whistling sound or perhaps a blower wheel problem.
