Humidistat Settings

Hi, I recently bought a home that had a mold issue in a small crawlspace under the office of our home. When the issue was addressed, a humidistat fan was installed in the crawlspace. However, it runs almost always. The crawl space is bone dry right now, and the current level of the humidistat is at 30%. Any suggestions for determining what humidity level the fan should be kept at?

Humidistat Settings

45 to 50%.

Mold won't grow as long as the humidity is less then 50%
