hrv or erv

I am getting confusing info about installing a fresh air hrv or erv in the attic separate from my HVAC unit. I live in north Ga hot humid and cold . I think I want an erv. If anyone can steer me to right website it would be great. Thanks

Google Lifebreath HRV. ERV is better 4 U if you don't go below 25F for more than 5 days. LIfebreath is the Cadillac of the industry and been around for 35 yrs or more.
