HRV Dumb Question

I had an HRV installed last week. I notice that the pipe bringing in the warmed air to the cold air return is really cold. I wrapped it in insulation.

I imagine this can't hurt anything can it?

The two pipes from the outside are wrapped.

HRV Dumb Question

Did the installer balance the airflows with a magnehelic gauge? If not it should be done.
