How to replace compressor fan motor

I have a Goodman heat pump and the bearings froze up in the compressor's fan. I purchased a new fan, but the old one had three wires and the new has 4 (not counting frame ground).

It used to be wired with an AO motor, 3 wires:
Black - contactor on relay
Purple - "DF2" on defroster board
Brown - "FAN" on cap (3 pole, FAN, HERM, and C)

The new fan has a black, which I assume goes to black.
A Yellow - does this go to where the old purple used to go?
A Brown wire - does this go to the cap?
A Brown/White wire - just cap this off?

The new fan is a "SF Motors", model MOT13502.
Any help or insight is appreciated!

Does the new motor use the same size capacitor as the old motor did?

And your wiring is right.

Yeah, the new motor uses the same size cap as the old.
If so, then it sounds like I'm on the right track then.

And for the brown/white wire, when I say cap it off I mean put a wirenut on the end so it isn't touching anything.

Yep, that what I thought you meant by capping. might want to use electric tape to make sure the wire nut doesn't come off sometime down the road.
