Soap and water would require pressure to back in the line. And if you had a leak, you couldn't pump it down again.

Needs to be recovered.

Thank you all for the advises and everything.

I will just take the top of the cooler apart so i can fit thru the door.

Doing this creates another problem to me. Since the compressor and the rest will be inside my shop, i will have an increase in noise.

How can i reduce the noise of the compressor and fan without creating any problems?

I was thinking about building a box around it and cut an opening in the wall so it will have fresh air but What about insulation??

Here's the deal Nick, hire a Refrigeration Company to remove the condenser, you and a couple buddy's move the unit into the place where it will sit permanently, have the refrigeration Company relocate the condensing unit remote IE: in the basement, on the roof, on the side of the building, on the ground on the other side of the box.

Then build a small roof over it to protect it somewhat from the weather.

Look at all the money your going to make off selling products. You have to spend to make.
