How to protect 3/4" copper pipe passing through concrete

I have a split level and need to drill through concrete for a 3/4" copper pipe from my boiler to some baseboard radiation. Any recommendations for the hole size, and what to line it with so that the heat-up/cool-down expansion and contraction doesn't wear my pipe?

Thanks,
Mike

Core a 1 3/4" hole and insert a piece of 1 1/4" ABS then feed your copper through. seal the ABS to concrete with hydralic cement, seal the copper to ABS is some low expansion foam.
