how to hook up capacitor

The wire coming from the contactor goes on C. The wire coming from the compressor goes on herm. Of course fan goes to the fan.

Buzzing is the contactor pulled in but no high voltage present. Check the breaker first. If blows again right away then it's cheaper to call a tech out then buying meters and guages.
