How do I turn off the inducer motor on my gas furnace

I recently installed an outdoor wood fired boiler and I am using my gas forced furnace to blow air across a air to water heat exchanger. I have set my programable thermostat to "turn on fan when calling for heat" but sometimes a motor (I'm guessing it's called the inducer motor) comes on on the furnace before the fan for a minute or so and then goes off as the fan motor starts. How do I make so that this motor doesn't come on and just the fan motor does? My furnace is a Carrier 58MC.

add a generic stat and wire in R-G from the exsisting stat so the fan will run in the furnace,but not be on the heating wiring (W) as it is.so when it satisfies the fan will shut off but the air/water will stay hot till the next call.

I have a similar issue Westinghouse dual pack on roof. Model is on another post of mine. Last summer we removed the variable speed motor. Added control relay and delay timer. All was well. Until winter. New problem that I thought was the control board. Replaced it and the prob still there. Most of the time after the stat shuts off . The blower turns off. And the inducer motor keeps running. I did some more testing. We have new control wire tied in to W on thermostat. Once when inducer was on and unit was off I pulled white wire , no change. When I removed the new wire we added for new control relay the inducer motor went off. I reconected it and it was fine til next cycle. Any ideas. I will take any input.
