Question

HOT IN HERE, NO AC - GOODMAN furance

Hi,

I have no AC. I have had a tech come out, $XX, they said the Fan blower for the AC was not coming on because the controller board was not sending 24 volts to turn on the fan in the Goodman furnace unit. Two days later ($XX) new controller circuit board installed - CIB 1809913. Same thing, no AC, no FAN. LED on control board comes on and stays on, fuse is good, breakers are on in the house, thermostate set to FAN ON, HOLD TEMP COOL at 75 degrees and it's about 82 in here. Unit / House is 7 years old.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Steve

True Goodman performance comes to light. You might just want to replace it. It's like throwing money into a black hole.

BTW, I thought Goodman came with a 10 year parts warranty.

If you have one of those stats. that has batteries in it try replacing them. KIll the power and change that fuse too! I know it sounds unlikely but try it anyway.
