Horizontal Venting of Wood Furnace

I am looking into purchasing a Clayton Model #1600 wood furnace. My current Propane Forced Air furnace is horizontaly vented and I have no vertical vents in my house. Can the wood furnace be vented horizontaly safely?

Not that I know of.
