Hooking up new thermostat. Just need some clarification


Its a Vision Pro IAQ. It was the white wire from W on furnace that was connected to C on the controller

Sadly I had to call someone in. House was getting too cold and the wife was b!tching. Anyway it turns out it was one of the jumpers not making contact or something like that-according to the installer. Cost me $75 but at least it works. I didn't want to spend my beer money but had no choice

I truly appreciate you taking the time to help me out though. Not many people willing to take the time to help out a stranger.

Always glad to help.
You gave it a good shot. Diagnosing a jumper online is a little difficult
$75 to have someone come out and fix it was a very good price.
