I should have been more specific on the part where it doesn't seem to be working - The fan will come on when we turn it to on, but the compressor/A/C didn't seem to be coming on.
Can u post a picture of your new wiring. Both at the air handler and at the wifi communication board

Honeywell WiFi Thermostat install help

Nothing was changed at the Air Handler, only on the wall for the thermostat.

Honeywell WiFi Thermostat install help

Did you go through all of the setup steps and tell the thermostat what type of furnace and AC is connected?

Yeah, went through all the steps and selected Heat Pump then 1 Stage Cooling because only one Y wire, selected 2 Stage for Heating Stage though because we have a wire in the W2 hole?

I guess the thing that is/was throwing me off is that on the previous thermostat there is that white jumper wire from W to W2...This one we hooked up the O wire to the W-O/B slot and the W to the W2 slot.

Now that I'm typing this all out It appears to maybe be working now - I just tried pushing in all the wires one last time and went back through the setup just to be sure. I'm wondering if maybe I didn't have a wire inserted all the way.

It has a built-in 5 minute delay. Wait at least 5 min after a call for cool
