honeywell transformer and zone valve wiring


I am trying to wire a honeywell zone valve yhv8043e to a honeywell transformer ra89a. I just need the valve to open when the circulater turns on. I have to red wires and two yello wires

honeywell transformer and zone valve wiring


Should be the red wires.

Take a ohm meter. Check that the red wires have an ohm reading. the yellow wires should read infinity. Since they are connected to the micro switch.
