honeywell thermostat not working

s_smitty Newbie   Join Date: Dec 2012 Posts: 1	honeywell thermostat not working hello, i'm having problems with our furnace. i just replace the batteries in the thermostat and i've tried combining the red and white wires behind the thermostat. with the two wires together the furnace runs, but the blower cycles on and off, this continues for about 10 mins.

beenthere An old Tradesmen   Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: PA Posts: 18,619	honeywell thermostat not working So the problem is in the furnace. Helps to know brand and model number of furnace.
