Honeywell RTH7600D Thermostat

This thermostat is driving me up a wall, i dont quite understand it, after the heating cycle is complete it will cycle the fan on and off for appararantly no reason, if i turn the fan off at the thermostat it turns off so this elminates it being a problem with the furnace, but it just seems to run the fan for no apparent reason as the burners in the furnace are not being lit (the thermostat will be set to 70, the house will be at 70 so no need to light burners, but will kick the fan on) anyone with experince with this thermostat, i went through all the options when setting it up and i just dont know why its doing this, thanks.
