Honeywell Personal Comfort Control

Has anyone ever had an issue with one of these "Honeywell Personal Comfort Control" devices where it keeps saying "No Signal" and can't seem to connect to thermostat? Anyone know how to get out of it?

Thanks.

Replace the batteries, then you must set the wireless adapter into search mode and then push the snyc button on the control. DO you have a manual for your control system? If no then download one from Honeywell's site.

I tried replacing the batteries already and I am not able to push the connect button on the control because there isn't a physical button. There is supposedly a touch button but it hasn't shown up yet. The "no signal" error seems to prevent it from getting to the next state where I would be able to push connect.

I don't have an EIM, so I assume you mean the t-stat. I've tried it from close range and far away. But usually I'm about 6 feet away.

Turn off the power to the furnace so the stat resets.

I tried your suggestions but they didn't work and Plumbing Planet where I purchased it seems to think it's a bad remote. So they are sending me a new one.
