Question

Honeywell Focus Pro 5000

Hi,
Honeywell Focus Pro 5000 with heat pump and heat coils.
Does anyone know how to change the cycles per hour on this thermostst?
It was installed recently and seems to run every 8 to 10 minutes.

The company that installed it wants a service charge to come out and check it. I think there should be no charge.

I checked the Honeywell manual and website. It gives no information because it is a professional install thermostat.
Thanks.
Bob
