Honeywell Envirazone installation ?
Hello. I have been looking around for information about the honeywell envirazone and havent been able to find much and know nothing about furnaces hvac etc.
- I own an old house that was converted to a duplex. One side has a furnace in the basement. The other side has the furnace in the wall of the living room no duct just forced air?
-Both are very old (as is the house)
-I would like to get one furnace for the whole house but have two thermostats (actually 3 as the attic maybe converted into a bedroom)
I am thinking this envirazone thing may do the trick.
Any information on this? How hard is it to install? I know I need to run duct to the other duplex but the whole house is pretty small and I am not really concerned with that.
Cost to do it myself, not including the cost of the furnace???
I see honeywell envirazone, 3 zone kits for around 400...
Dampers are around 180 it looks like?
Any other advice is also greatly appreciated
Additional info, the house is about 1300 sq ft both apartments are 1 br and are about even in size.
