Home Warranty

they usually don't cover things that break and usually there is a deductible. they typically use the cheapest repair company they can find. typically not worth it in the long run.

Home Warranty

Take it from a Pro, there is no GOOD home warranty.

All hvac repairs are done on the cheap and do not allow a quality job.

If your furnace needs replacement there are so many deductibles and nit picking thing they don't cover you end up paying more out of pocket than the insurance pays you for the furnace.

On a $1600 furnace install you would end up paying close to 700 bucks.

I would never do work/repairs/replacments for home warranty company. They want cheap not quality ..If A/C compressor goes they don't pay to recover refrigerant U do ...Better to save your $ & self insure
