Home owners take note....


As someone who responds to these runs, it never ceases to amaze me how uneducated people can be in regard to CO and smoke detectors.

Did you notice the bag of Kingsford charcoal and starter fluid sitting next to the "wood " burner. Along with using single wall duct work as a B vent?

The metro Detroit area has the largest Middle Eastern population in the US.

The neighborhood shown is on the fringes of that community.

Judging from what I see in this report this family was Arab or Chaldean.

Just hope they are ok. We'll find out thru the hvac grapevine just how the WH and furnace were defective.
