high humidity in my home

I am gone all day and when I return home I find that my floors are very very damp. I have laminate flooring installed over premium underlayment on a concrete floor. I use a dehumidifier 24/7. What is causing this phenomenon and what can possible be the causes?

Did you seal the concrete first?
