Hercules Base Hit II V Hercules Boiler Fluid

Get 2 short pieces of all thread. Remove existing ties.
Put in smaller all thread rods, and tighten nuts so the back and middle section are held together.

Not too sure if this is possible because the middle section just has a recess or curve for the tie rods to pass through from front section to the back section.....what do you think (re diagram)

All the best,

Should have enough room to get a washer and nut on to hold it while you move it around.

haven't had one of them apart for awhile.

I understand now.......if I think the leak is between the front and middle section then this would be a way of saving the other join........

I may well purchase 2 of the sealing kits anyway, can always keep one as a spare!

I do appreciate all your help and perhaps will let you know how I get on in October during my visit to Michigan........

Thanks again......

All the best,

Martin
