HELP! Trane XV90 Solid Red & Green Light

My Trane XV90 stopped turning on this morn. The circuit board is showing a solid red and solid green light. There is a green light also in the bottom right corner that is flashing rapidly, barely visible. The 5 amp fuse on the board is okay. There is no water around or inside the unit. There is no smell of burning wires or anything that looks loose. I've cycled the power off for a minute but that didn't help. I can hear the relays switching in my electronic honeywell thermostat but the furnace blower doesn't turn on.

Local HVAC said it is probably a bad circuit board. Wants $700, installed if it turns out that is the case. OUCH. Hoping maybe there is another fix I've overlooked?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

HELP! Trane XV90 Solid Red & Green Light

Count the flashes, and look on the legend for what error code it is.
