Help! no air coming from master bedroom vent!!!

I need your expertise to solve this problem bothering me so much!

My 2 story house is 4 years old and no air coming out from master bedroom vent! It makes my sleep miserable...

I tried to check if anything got stuck in the duct but it is hard to see.

Is there anything I can try to find out?

Thanks for your time.

Did it use to work and then stop, or has it never worked since you bought it?....Is it the only vent that isn't working? Is there attic access,...If there is access you can crawl up there and see if the ducting is disconnected somewhere.

just to make sure that ZERO air is flowing though (as opposed to very weak flow).

I would say try to get to the duct work (in the attic hopefully). The problem might be very obvious if you can see the duct.

It does matter whether there are problems in the rest of the home too.

Is there not a HVAC section here?

when you are in the attic it will be easy to trace the duct from the bedroom back to the main trunk, check to see if a difuser is in the line, there may be a knob or lever of some type that has been turned to reduce the air flow.
