help needed

I have a Goodman Furnace Model #GMP075-4- RevB.
In I was told by a service man that I would have to replace my flame sensor on if it has been cleaned and put back in so far its working.

I noticed on other blogs people are saying that I shouldn't have to replace it is this true.

Please Advise
Thank you
