help its cold


im having issues hooking up my new digital therm i currently had a slide mecruy one
the wire colors are black yellow tan orange blue green red white
the new therm is as follows
c,b,o,w,w2,y,y2,rh,rc,g,a
please help its cold

see what terminals those colors are hooked to on furnace

you cant see what wires are hooked up in your furnace by going to your furnace or air handler and removing the door and looking?

its for the thermostat it had a old mercury switch type on it its actually a friend of mine who took his off trying to convert to a digital

and he didnt label his wires so i was going off mine since i switched to digital but mine lists the black going to e and he doesnt have an e terminal

Do you have a heat pump b is used if you have rheem or rude if not disregard b and y2 the rest should wire the same. Y 2 is used if you have a two stage odu. Another answer

ok, your thermostat wires hook on the other end of them to the furnace! Your thermostat controls the furnace. there for if you check to see what the wires hook to there, it will help you determine what terminal to hook them to at the thermostat

yes it is heat pump with emergency heat the problem i had is i dont know where the black and tan wires go

what about white wire
the way mine is wired is

black is e white is aux yellow is y , g is green ,o is orange red is r and c is blue
