Help - High Static Pressure & Keep getting Possible foil coil error

Because 3/4 of the way down, your trunk line has lost most of its pressure/air. The helper gets the needed air to the last 25%$ of the duct/runs.

So I would leave everything the way it is (I mean all the duct going to the registers) and just attach the helper 3/4 of the way

The 15" that feeds it, is it a 15X7, or 15X8?

Barely able to carry 850 CFM. They set it up so that the 15X8 is trying to move enough air for an 18X8. When you include the air the 8X8 duct moves. Almost need to get rid of the 15X8 and much larger duct. It would have to be bigger then18X8 so that it can also carry the air that used by the 5" supplies already taken off of the 15X8 before the 10X8 and 8X8 duct.

While a helper duct would work. Its almost as much work as just running a larger trunk line.

Not knowing how many supplies are tapped from it, I would guess 24X 8 for it. And then increase the 10x8 to 14X8.
