Help, did we get ripped off?


And how does that kind of remark look to the DIYs who read this board?

I care about this business and would never knowingly make a remark in open forum that makes ME look good at the expense of my fellow hvac pros.
It looks like oneupmanship when direct to public hvac sales companies
make statements that reflect badly on other pros, especially the ones who try to help out here.

Oh well, I tried...But certain people don't know when to drop it.

I'm tired of playing babysitter/police for people in the HVAC forum. HVAClover, you give freely of your time and that is appreciated by many, trust me. Home Air Direct was in no way wrong in saying what he said, and he's giving freely of his time too. You're both in the HVAC business, just in different capacities, and you're both entitled to give what you feel is professional advice. You do not have the right to not be offended, nor do you have the right to slam him for his comments, especially after being warned about it.

Thread closed. Let it go.
