Help Diagnose Rheem 80+ - wont start

I have a 10 yr+ Rheem 80+ heater - it makes a transformer buzz when trying to start up. The Draft Inducer Motor doe not turn on. I believe that this is why it wont start - but I dont know if it is the transformer, the vacuum or the motor that is the problem - each seem like easy DIY projects. I took off the Vacuum and sucked on it lightly and the auto igniter and gas started up. I stopped obviously. What can I do? Any help greatly appreciated.....

Help Diagnose Rheem 80+ - wont start

Thanks - I took the motor apart and it was pretty gunky - so I cleaned it up, sprayed some WD40 and it works fine now. My quote to fix it was $700 and $5000 for a new furnace since he didnt recommend putting any money into the old machine and then he came up with this great idea to move the furnace and replace all our old asbestos vents for $15,000 ------whoa! dodged a big bullet there!!!
