Help with Crown boiler

I have an old Crown boiler from the 80's that’s tied to a radiant heat system within the ceilings. Just recently the boiler comes on for 2 mins and the pump kicks on as well, but the supply side gets very hot where the expansion tank is at, and the return does not feel warm at all. After 2 minutes the unit shuts off and then tries’s again after another 2 minutes.

Any ideas, do you think the aqua-stat is starting to go bad?

Thanks

Louie
