HELP! - concord 90 furnace ... pushing air but no heat

i have a concord 90 furnace

came home from work today an no heat!
i can feel the air coming out but its freezing.

the hot water heater still works so i know the natural gas is working

if i switch it off then back on.. it sounds like the blower is working and its trying.. but no heat

red light is blinking three times and manual says that means 'pressure switch open with inducer on'

any ideas would be awesome!
