I was told to 'bleed' each baseboard by simply turning the slotted screw on the small round valve (?) on the left side of each rooms baseboard heater. I have a gas system. I was told to open the unscrew until the water started coming out. I did this in 6 rooms (a ranch), none of the water was 'hot' or even warm. Is that because I have my heat set at 63-65? at 66 I can finally feel a little warmth on the bathroom baseboard, but the bathroom is still very cold, the toilet seat has never been warm or not cold. Do I need a regular plumber or a heating specialist or a gas person?
thanks anyone
