help


i have a trane1200xl1200 the fan moter outside wont stop running even when i turn the thermast off so i put a new one on and it does the same thing is there someone out there can help me its 102 outside and my baby burnning up please help my email add is

are you getting control voltage at the contact for the fan / compressor ?

help


Turn off power to both indoor and outside unit. look to see if contactor is stuck closed.
