If the lines keep getting air in them then they are what we call air locked. Should not be happening. Did you tell that to the repair guys. Not sure why it is sucking air in. Is the tank reasonably full, ie more than 1/4 full?

I would check for improper of leaky fittings and inspect fuel lines, proper nozzle and electrodes. Fuel oil if improperly serviced could be a nightmare

Not sure but Beenthere one of our guys may know. Apparently the pump can have a bad seal on the shaft and suck in air and get air locked. I have not seen a Miller in ages but that scenario may be possible?

Yep, a weak pump seal can cause this type of problem. Gets air bound quicker as the tank gets lower on oil.

A weak eye(cad cell) wouldn't cause it to hve air in the oil lines.

Have them check the pump seal. A new line with a bad pump seal will still give you no heat problems.
