Heil Electric furnace tripping breaker

Either the connections were good, or the strips are over heating.

Heil Electric furnace tripping breaker

Connections were questionable after taking apart, appears to have been assembled hastily, maybe 60-70% contact. Coils tested good, however those involved on legs with burnt wires also are those in the lower middle section of airflow, that were previously glowing and they definitely show wear for the worse. Cleaned up contact points, Trimmed burned wires to clean, found a burned fuse, replaced. Been running for 3 hours no problems so far.
Thanks for all the suggestions, something tells me I'll be back before I can get a heat pump back in here.
