Heil 9000 LP gas furnace

I am looking at getting a pre owned HEIL 9000 gas furnace, as a back up to my old Lennox oil furnace. It is a 125000 btu unit.
Is this a good system?
The house is two level , 2000 sq and since we do not have gas piped here, it will have to run on LP.

Heil 9000 LP gas furnace

Heil 9000 is meaningless. What is the model number.

It's too big for your home by more then 30%.That's bad.

What would you suggest is the correct size (given 90 effeciency).
The basement is not included in the sq footage and we are looking at an extension of about 500 sq ft. All told it will be 2500 + 700 of basement area , for a total of 3200 sq ft.
